Steps

Cut the papad into two halves by a sizzer. Roast them on tawa one each time. While hot take it in a kitchen towel and make the shape of cone. Hold it for 1min to fix the shape

Take a big bowl and add all ingredients of bhel into it. Add sauces and mix well

Fill it in the cones. Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves and tomato ketchup.

Put the cones in shot glasses to serve

Note -don't put the bhel mix in cones earlier.papad will become moist. When you are going to serve put it in the cones
