preheat oven to 200C

dice the potato in small pieces

coat all pieces with olive oil. mix well

line baking tray with baking paper

place potatoes in tray and cook for 10 minutes

add rosemary and salt

cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until brown and crispy

remove from oven

sprinkle salt to taste
