Ingredients

  • 2 lbboneless chicken breast
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/4 tspginger
  • 1/4 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cupapple juice
  • 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  • 2 tbspketchup
  • 1 tbspcider vinegar
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/3 cupsoy sauce

    1. Heat oil in skillet.

  2. 2

    2. Add chicken, cook until lightly brown.

  3. 3

    Remove chicken from heat.

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients, heating over medium heat until mixed and dissolved.

  5. 5

    Add chicken and bring to hard boil.

  6. 6

    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve with rice.
