Ingredients

1 cupVanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cupPeanut Flour
1 tspBaking Powder
4 tbspUnsweet Applesauce
1/2 cupSkim Milk
1 largeEgg
3/4 cupMashed Bananas

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together first the Protein Powder, Peanut Flour, and Baking Powder.

Add in the Applesauce, Skim Milk, Egg, and Mashed Bananas. Mix until smooth.

Set in a greased pan. Bake for 17 minutes. When done baking, set in fridge for 10 minutes.
