Ingredients

  1. 1 loafsour dough bread stick
  2. 200 gramsgrams Sliced Pancetta
  3. 12unit Quail eggs
  4. 1 boxCherry tomatoes
  5. 1/4 cupGoats cheese
  6. 1unit Balsamic glaze
  7. 1 bunchYour favourite micro herbs
  8. 20 mlErtra virgin olive oil

  1. 1

    Slice Bread stick on angle so that the size can be easily hand held.

  2. 2

    In a non stick pan on a low heat fry 3 of the Quail eggs for 1 serve to your liking

  3. 3

    Whille eggs are slowly cooking, toast bread and quarter cherry tomatoes

  4. 4

    When bread is slightly golden wrap each piece a slice of panetta.

  5. 5

    Place cherry tomatoes on bread as well as some goats cheese

  6. 6

    Decorate plate with balsamic glaze and place your Bruschettas on the plate

  7. 7

    Add your eggs, Extra virgin olive oil and mocroherbs, if you like place a little more goats cheese around the plate
