1/2 kgChicken marinated in red wine
Mustard Oil as needed
Broccoli, Baby Onions and green peas

Mix fresh mustard oil in the marinade for flavour

Pan grill the chicken in mustard oil with some fresh chopped garlic

Add wine to leave some jus in the chicken
4

Stir fry garlic and add veggies, cook lightly.

Can be served with a fried egg, over easy.
