Ingredients

45 mins
  • 1/2 kgChicken marinated in red wine
  • Mustard Oil as needed
  • Broccoli, Baby Onions and green peas

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix fresh mustard oil in the marinade for flavour

  2. 2

    Pan grill the chicken in mustard oil with some fresh chopped garlic

  3. 3

    Add wine to leave some jus in the chicken

  4. 4

    Stir fry garlic and add veggies, cook lightly.

    Can be served with a fried egg, over easy.
