  2. 3 lbDiced pork
  3. 1 largeSweet onion
  4. 1 bunchCarrots
  5. 2 largeCans of mild hatch green chillis
  6. 3 smallCans of 4 oz diced jalepenos
  7. 2 largeCans of diced tomatoes
  8. 1Cumin to season

Steps

  1. 1

    Use food processor. Or dice small.

  2. 2

    Throw everything into a large pot, raw pork included.

  3. 3

    Cook on law/simmer for 2 or 3 hours.
