Well I recently got a mortar and pestle and wanted to make something; I was hungry for guacamole so I decided to make up a batch and that's when this happend. If you don't have a mortar and pestle a food processor will work and maybe even a fork.

Steps

Pulverize the ONION, JALAPENO, AND CILANTRO untill thin. If you want more heat toy can add the jalapeno core and seeds or more jalapeno.

Add 3 of the AVOCADOS.

Mix thoroughly.

Add the SALT, PEPPER, LIME ZEST, AND LIME.

Core, dice, and add the TOMATOE.

Add the last 2 AVOCADOS.

Mix untill a desired consistency.

You can add garlic if you want, and also sometimes at the end I will roughly chop up the left over ingredients and add them for texture.
