For the kebab, at first make a smooth paste of the coriander leaves, mint leaves and the green chillies. Your green paste is ready.

Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, ginger garlic paste, fresh cream and the green paste. For better results marinate it overnight in the refrigerator.

Before cooking, take it out of the refrigerator for about 30minutes before.

Mix the melted butter with the marinated chicken.

Grease the low rack of your microwave oven with some butter and preheat it for about 1minute.

Place the kebabs on it and put it in the convection mode, at 180degree centigrade for 20minutes.

Then again cook the kebab for 20minutes in the convection mode by reversing it's faces.

For the green chutney, heat some mustard oil in a wok

Add the ajwain seeds, wait till the aroma comes out.

Make a smooth paste of the coriander and mint leaves and add in it

Add some amchur powder.

Add the sugar as per your taste.

Cook it till the raw smell disappears.

Add some water if it has become too dry.

Cook it till the desired consistency.
