Cooking Instructions
- 1
Arrange oven shelf about 8 inches away from heat element. Set oven to broil
- 2
Season salmon steaks with salt & pepper, set aside.
- 3
Cook butter over medium heat, stirring for about 3 minutes or until the foam settles and the butter browns. (Use an oven proof frying pan.. if not you will have to transfer later to a baking dish)
- 4
Pour in the honey and let it dissolve into butter.
- 5
Add garlic, saute 1 minute
- 6
Add juice from 1/2 lemon. Save the other half and cut into wedges.

Add the salmon steaks skin side down and cook for 4 minutes while basting the tops with pan juices.
- 8
(Transfer to oven proof pan if necessary) Arrange lemon wedges around the salmon. Place in oven and broil for another 6 minutes until tops of filets are charred.
- 9
Serve and be sure to pour all of the sauce over the top of the filets! Sooooo yummy!

Honey & Mustard glazed Salmon Honey & Mustard glazed Salmon
Salmon, what can I possibly say about this besides that it is so healthy to eat. Packed with Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, healthy healthy healthy! My husband and I are really not big on eating fish, but he does enjoy eating fried or baked Sardines once in a while, and he is sipping a glass of Ouzo. Me, nope I don’t eat fried fish, and definitely not a Ouzo person, 😉 I stick to the Salmon, Shrimps, Tuna, Calamari, thinking if I left something out that I do eat. Nope, that’s about it. 🙂This is a great recipe if you love Salmon so easy and so delicious. Just add this tasty sauce and bake…great for quick lunch or dinner. You can also use this recipe in a lovely green salad. Let the Salmon cool completely then just separate into small pieces add into your salad and a bit of Olive Oil and it is ready to eat.I love salads and one thing I always do even if I am adding a Salad dressing, I always add a bit of Olive Oil into my salads. Honey glazed salmon Honey glazed salmon
Bought wild sockeye salmon from trader Joe's (honestly not the best quality, but acceptable) and want to give "honey glazed salmon" a try. So I googled and read several recipes to get some ideas and came up my own version. Trader Joe's only has skin-on fresh salmon so this recipe is for skin-on version and I have some hard time to remove the skin myself. If you have skinless salmon, then cook both sides for 3 minutes instead. Anna Pun -
Pan-Fried Salmon with Butter Pan-Fried Salmon with Butter
My mother used to make this even when the word "meunière" wasn't that well known. She used to call it "Pan-fried salmon with butter".Dust the salmon with flour just before cooking it, wiping off any surface moisture beforehand. Pan fry the salmon over low-medium heat slowly until crispy. Wipe out any excess oil in the frying pan before adding the butter at the end. For 2 servings. Recipe by meg115 cookpad.japan -

Living in an area with scarce options for wild-caught fish, I recently subscribed to a wild fish service to bring some variety to my table. I usually prepare fish very simply with just salt and the oven, however I was getting bored of the flavor and wanted to spice things up. This recipe quickly became a staple in our household because it comes together in 20 minutes and is packed with flavor. lilis.home -
