Steps

Break down chicken. Wash and dry with paper towel

Chop onions, garlic and mix into chicken. Black pepper, Add salt cube seasoning crushed and vegetable oil. Mix and allow to Marinate for 12 hours.

Put cornflakes in miller or hand blender. Add parsley, dill, cube seasoning and blend. Set aside

After your chicken has Marinated well take our and allow to sit out to drain. Mix flour with a little of salt and Black pepper. Coat chicken and put inside beaten egg. Then coat with your herb mix.

Heat frying oil and fry chicken until Fried through.

Drain in paper towel.
