  • 1 cupdried quinoa grain
  • 1 mediumpear
  • 1 cupdried /semi dried dates
  • 1 cancoconut milk/cream
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 2 clovestar annise

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    thoroughly wash Quinoa in a saucepan and drain excess water

  2. 2

    add chopped dates and pears

  3. 3

    add can of coconut milk and spices along with the chopped ginger and stir

  4. 4

    Simmer over a low heat, stirring occasionally, for about half an hour to 45 minutes, until the mixture is soft and plump

  5. 5

    serve with chopped fruit and yogurt, very healthy and sweet.
