this is a great healthy alternative to a sweet breatfast cereal or muesli.

thoroughly wash Quinoa in a saucepan and drain excess water

add chopped dates and pears

add can of coconut milk and spices along with the chopped ginger and stir

Simmer over a low heat, stirring occasionally, for about half an hour to 45 minutes, until the mixture is soft and plump
- 5
serve with chopped fruit and yogurt, very healthy and sweet.
