Grate the kithul jaggery and keep it a side

Beat the egg until it become fluffy

Add coconut milk,vanilla extract, nutmeg power,cardamom pod seed and a pinch of salt, and beat it until it become fluffy without any lumps.

Now stain the mixture and pour it into a steaming bowl

Sprinkle some cashew and mix it so that some cashew get sink's.

Now cover it with foil

Place that bowl in double boiler and steam it for 30-35-40 minutes or until it just set.

Serve it warm or chilled (planting).
