Ingredients

  1. 200 mlCoconut milk
  2. 2 noEgg
  3. 110 gmKithul jaggery(kithul gud)
  4. 2 tbspBrown sugar
  5. 1 TspVanilla extract
  6. 1/2 TspNutmeg powder (jaayaphal)
  7. 25 gmCashewnuts
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 1/4tspCardamom pod seed (ilaayachee ke beej)1/4 tsp

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the kithul jaggery and keep it a side

  2. 2

    Beat the egg until it become fluffy

  3. 3

    Add coconut milk,vanilla extract, nutmeg power,cardamom pod seed and a pinch of salt, and beat it until it become fluffy without any lumps.

  4. 4

    Now stain the mixture and pour it into a steaming bowl

  5. 5

    Sprinkle some cashew and mix it so that some cashew get sink's.

  6. 6

    Now cover it with foil

  7. 7

    Place that bowl in double boiler and steam it for 30-35-40 minutes or until it just set.

  8. 8

    Serve it warm or chilled (planting).
