At first soak the kesar and attar in the warm milk.keep aside

Now heat a pan add oil and fry the paneer cubes and keep aside

Now add ghee in the pan add the whole jeera bay leaf and whole garam masalas

Fry the onions ginger garlic paste

Add salt,jeera powder,chilli powder, turmeric powder mix well

Add tomato cubes and keep in low flame till it starts getting tender

Now add the boiled rice and mix.sprinkle the warm milk all over it.

Finally add ghee and biryani masala and keep on a low flame for few mnts

Serve it hot with raita
