Perfect dish to have at anytime. No one can resist the smell and flavour of pav bhaji at anytime. So it can always be a delicious and favourite meal for two.
Steps

Pressure cook the washed and cut mixed vegetables till soft.

Add 2 tbsps of oil to a deep sauce pan. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add the chopped onion and saute till transperant
- 4
Add the chopped capsicum and saute
- 5
Add chopped tomatoes and spice powders alongwith some salt. Mix, cover and cook till mushy.

Open and add the boiled vegetables. Mix with a laddle.

Mash with a masher. Adjust salt

Add some stock of the boiled vegetables to adjust consistency.

Simmer for few minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander, chopped onions, butter.

Butter roast pav in and out. Sprinkle some red chilli powder while roasting.

Serve in style.
