Ingredients

  1. 3Potatoes medium sized (boil and mash)
  2. 1 1/2 cupCabbage (grated)
  3. 1 cupCarrot finely chopped
  4. 1 cupFrench beans finely chopped
  5. 1 cupOnion finely chopped
  6. 1 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tspOil (to saute veg.)
  9. pinchOrange food colour
  10. For sauce :
  11. 2 tspOil
  12. 1 tbspGinger and garlic fine grated
  13. 1/2 cupTomato sauce
  14. 2 tbspSoya sauce
  15. 2 tbspSchezwan chutney
  16. 4 tbspWater
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. pinchOrange food colour

Steps

    For preparing lollipop mixture :

    Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic and saute it for 5 - 6 sec.

    Add French beans after 5 sec add onion. Saute it for 8 - 9 sec.

  4. 4

    Add carrot after 5 sec add cabbage and capsicum, Salt, black pepper powder, and colour.

  5. 5

    Stir continuously till the whole mixture dry. Keep it aside for 20 - 30 min.

    In another bowl add potatoes, Salt, black pepper powder, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 cup breadcrumbs, and Vegetables mixture.

    Mix it well and make a shape of lollipops and deep fry.

  8. 8

    Ready ur lollipops and take ur ice cream sticks and slowly fix in lollipop

  9. 9

    In this way sticks can't burn or oily

  10. 10

    For preparing sauce :

    Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste, after 4 -5 sec add tomato sauce.

    Then after few min. Add soya sauce, schezwan chutney, water and salt. Mix it properly.

    Ready ur sauce

    Serve hot lollipops with schezwan sauce
