100 gmBajra flour
1finely chopped onion
2 tspfinely chopped coriander
to tasteSalt

Ak bde bowl me bajra flour add karein, salt and onion, coriander add karein water dal ke dough ready kar le.

Nonstick tave ko garam kar le, uspe oil lagakar to,dono hand ki help se roti bana kar tave par dal de.

Roti ko palat kar oil lagade, isi trh dono side se crispy hone tak paka le.

Desi ghee or butter ke Sath serve karein.
