Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFalooda
  2. 1 cupInstant kalakand
  3. 4 tbspRose syrup
  4. 4 tbsp Khas syrup
  5. 4 tbspCrushed ice
  6. Chopped dry fruits for garnishing
  7. Sprinkles for garnishing
  8. Tutty fruity
  9. Ingredients for Falooda
  10. 1/4 glassCorn flour
  11. 1 glassWater
  12. 2 tbspSugar
  13. Chilled water including ice cubes in a big bowl for falooda sevia
  14. Ingredients for instant Falooda
  15. 500 mlMilk
  16. 1 cupgrated Paneer
  17. 1 cupgrated Mawa
  18. 1 tbsp Cardamom powder
  19. 1 tbspGhee
  20. 2 tbspSugar(or to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Method for Falooda

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients (except chilled water) into a bowl and cook till absorbs all water

  3. 3

    Now put this mixture into Falooda maker tool. And make falooda direct into chilled water.

  4. 4

    Now keep it into a refrigerator for 1 hour

  5. 5

    Method for Kalakand

  6. 6

    Put all falooda ingredients into a pan without sugar and cook till it becom thick Like rabdi.

  7. 7

    Now add sugar and cook till dissolved.

  8. 8

    Let it cool then keep into refrigerator for at least one hour.
    Kalakand Rabdi is ready.

    Assembling glasses

  10. 10

    Take two long glass
    Process for both glasses

  11. 11

    First put crushed ice,then khus syrup

  12. 12

    Then add falooda, then rose syrup, then kalakand Rabdi.

    At last garnish with dry fruits and sprinkles and tutty fruity......

  14. 14

    Kalakand Falooda is ready.
    Serve chilled.
