Steps

Chopped 400 garms of dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.

Heat a cream, remove from flame once it is piping hot and about to boil and pour it, On the chopped chocolate.

Let it cool on kitchen counter for five minutes. Keep on swirling the bowl to mix chocolate and cream.

With a spatula mix them until you get a smooth creamy mixture.

Cover the bowl with cling wrap and set aside for 1-2 hours or until thick.

Now with the help of small spoon of Ganache fill the balls with a Hazelnuts.

Place two half spheres to form a ball.

Finish with all the balls and chill them to 10-15 minutes.

Now melt the 1/2 cup dark Chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.

And add chopped cashews and mix well.

Now Dip each wafer ball in chocolate and place it on the butter paper.

Allow it to set for 10 minutes in fridge.

Place them in a paper or foil.and store in airtight box
