  1. Plantain
  2. Salt
  3. Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up a pot

  2. 2

    After few minutes, pour the vegetable oil

  3. 3

    Then, peel and slice the plantain and add little salt to it

  4. 4

    Pour it inside the heated vegetable oil to fry.

  5. 5

    Turn off cooker when it’s done

  6. 6

    Serve with stew
