Wash and finely chop methi

Finely chop onion,tomato,garlic and green chilli

Heat oil in a kadhai add garlic,green chillies stir little then add chopped onions fry them till transulent then add chopped tomatoes and stir well for 5 mins.

Now add gReen peas,methi (chopped) and potatoes put salt mix it well.cover for 10 mins in medium flame

After 10 mins open fry it well. Your yummy methi sabji is ready best goes with masur tadka daal and chappatis.
