Steps

Take moong day and clean it well

Pour the moong dal in a pan and roast it for 5 min till it turns to golden brown

Take out it out in a plate and let it cool

Put the dal in a mixer jar and grind it.

Put 3 - 4 tbsp ghee in a pan. Put the grinded day in a ghee and roast it well until golden brown

Once it was roasted add milk to it. Stir it and cook then add 1/2 cup water to it. (aap complete milk bhi use kar sakte hai)

Cook it slow and stir continuously otherwise lumps are there

On another pan heat oil to roast all dry fruits one by one

Halwa jab hone lage to usme aap sugar add kar de and stir it.

Then add dry fruits and left over ghee in it and elaichi powder

Ur halwa was ready to eat

Serve with Ice cream in same bowl. Both mix and eat
