Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSuji
  2. 1/2 cupGhee
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 3 cupWater
  5. Chopped dry fruits of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a kadhai, add suji, roast it till light brown add water, stir it regularly when it will be thick add sugar.

  2. 2

    Cook it for 5 minute. Halva is ready.

  3. 3

    Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
