Ingredients

  1. 4avocado
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 60 gramstasty cheese
  4. 4shallots
  5. 1 packagestaco seasoning mix
  6. 500 gramssour cream
  7. 2 packagescorn chips

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    mash avocado and spread over the base of the platter

  2. 2

    mix sour cream and seasoning mix in a bowl and spread over the top of the avocado

  3. 3

    cover with a layer of tasty cheese then a layer of tomato

  4. 4

    sprinkle the shallots over the top
