#Rajgira halwa
Steps

In a kadai take ghee and add Rajgira aata.

Fry the aata on slow flame till it turns lite in colour.

Add jaggery and sugar and let it melt. Keep on stirring.

Once both r melted, add water slowly and continuously keep on stirring on medium flame.

Let it cook for 10 minutes more by continuously stirring.

Rajgira Halwa is ready to serve. Can add elaichi powder ya dry fruits as per wish. 🙂
