Ingredients

  1. 8 eachlasagna noodles (uncooked)
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 16 ozcan refried beans
  4. 1 tspdried oregano
  5. 1 tspground cumin
  6. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 2 cupsalsa
  8. 2 cupwater
  9. 2 cupsour cream
  10. 2 cupMonterey Jack cheese

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    Brown ground beef. Add refried beans, oregano, garlic powder, and cumin.

  3. 3

    Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray and add a layer of 4 lasagna noodles to the bottom of the pan

  4. 4

    Spread 1/2 the meat mixture over the noodles.

  5. 5

    Layer the remaining noodles over the meat mixture.

  6. 6

    Spread the remaining meat mixture over the noodles.

  7. 7

    Combine salsa and water. Pour over casserole.

  8. 8

    Tightly cover with foil and bake 60 to 90 minutes or until noodles are tender.

  9. 9

    Uncover and spread sour cream over lasagna. Sprinkle cheese over sour cream.

  10. 10

    Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
