4Red Peppers
1 cupQuinoa
1 canOlives
1 canBlack Beans
1/2 cupOnion
1 cupCorn
3 tbspOlive oil
2 tspPaprika
1 tspCayenne Pepper
1 tspCoriander
1 tspCumin
1 tspSalt
1 1/2 tbspRed Wine Vinegar
1 tbspNutritional yeast

Pre heat oven to 400

Cook Quinoa

Cut peppers in half and core out the middle

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except peppers and nutritional yeast
5

Fill peppers with filling and place on cookie sheet
6

Sprinkle nutritional yeast (or cheese) on top, cook for 10-12 mins
