Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupcooked black beans
  • 2 tbspcocoa
  • 1/2 cupquick oats
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/3 cupmaple syrup or honey
  • 2 tbspsplenda
  • 1/4 cupcoconut oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 tspvanilla extract
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1sugar free chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350° and line and spray 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Blend everything except chocolate chips in a food processor.

  3. 3

    Once well blended, stir in chocolate chips and pour into baking pan.

  4. 4

    Let cook for 15-18 minutes.
