Steps

Slice the aubergines and cook them on a grill .

In a bowl cut the tomatoes into small pieces then add all the other ingredients . Dont forget the herbs cause they make a good taste. Let it set in the fridge for 1 hour.

Toast the pitta bread then first put the aubergines and on top some of the tomato mix . Serve & enjoy!
