Ingredients

  1. 1Whole chicken
  2. 1/2 cupSpanish olives
  3. 1 pinchPepper
  4. 1 smallRed onion
  5. 4Garlic cloves
  6. 1 tspAdobe
  7. 1 tspOregano
  8. 1 dashOlive oil
  9. 1/2 tspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade the chicken and veggies for a few hours or over night.

  2. 2

    Take large sauce pan or pot
    Put olive oil on bottom
    Add sugar (wait to caramelize)
    Add chicken (brown it)
    Add veggies
    Cook for 25-30 minutes until juicy
