3 tbspPeanut butter
2chicken breasts
1 cantomato paste
1/2 canpumpkin
1 pinchgarlic powder and onion powder
1 tspcinnamon
1 tspolive oil
1 tsplemon juice
1 pinchsalt
1 smallbaked sweet potatoe
1/2diced red pepper

Put oven on broil and bake small sweet potatoe for 10 minutes on each side.

Dice chicken then cook chicken in pot with olive oil till halfway cooked.

Add all of the rest of the ingredients and mix occasionally while keeping it covered when not moving. Put baked sweet potatoe in after it is peeled. Next mash potatoe in the pot or it can be mashed before. Your choice. Enjoy.

Serve over white rice.
