  1. 2large eggs
  2. 1/4 poundsmoked sausage
  3. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  4. 1/4 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  5. 1/2 cupyour favorite croutons
  6. 2 cupsalad mix
  7. 1/3 cupchopped ham
  8. To tastesalt and pepper
  9. To tasteyour favorite salad dressing

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the eggs wit the yoke runny

    Mix the salad mix with croutons, ham and cheese and put on the plate add to eggs on top

    Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, on top

    Add salad dressing I used deluxe French Salad Dressing

    Cut the eggs and stir around a bit. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
