The croutons are kinda like toast, the ham, eggs, and sausage are normal breakfast fare. The cheese of course is awesome any time. The salad mix a crispy refreshing delight in the morning time.

2large eggs
1/4 poundsmoked sausage
1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1/4 cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cupyour favorite croutons
2 cupsalad mix
1/3 cupchopped ham
To tastesalt and pepper
To tasteyour favorite salad dressing

Fry the eggs wit the yoke runny

Mix the salad mix with croutons, ham and cheese and put on the plate add to eggs on top

Fry the sausage

Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, on top

Add salad dressing I used deluxe French Salad Dressing

Cut the eggs and stir around a bit. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
