Boil water in a pan.

Peel the potatoes, cut them in halves and boil them for apr. 25 minutes (they should be just before the point of falling apart).

In the meanwhile scrape the carrot, slice the tomatoes in pieces and cut the parsley. Put them in a bowl.

Cool the potatoes down by letting cold water over them, but don't let them cool down too much! Now cut them in pieces and put in the bowl too.

Add salt, pepper and oil and mix everything together. Bon Apetit:-)
