Ingredients

15 mins
  • 3eggs
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 3/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 3/4 cupAP flour
  • 1/4 cupcocoa powder
  • 1 tspinstant coffee
  • 1 tspbaking powder

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    beat eggs, sugar and oil

  2. 2

    add all other ingredients

  3. 3

    beat until well incorporated

  4. 4

    pour batter in a greased microwave dish and cook for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Tip: if your brownie looks uncooked after 5 minutes put it back for 1 minute as the cooking depends on your microwave

  6. 6

    when it is done it comes off the sides and is really soft

  7. 7

    make sure you donot over cook it

  8. 8
