I love this recipe as it's inexpensive, quick and easy. It's also quite delicious and relatively healthy :)
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 170°F
- 2
Line a pie dish or deep oven dish with one of the sheets of pastry. Make sure your dish isn't too big as you want the pastry to act as the base and sides of your pie. If you want to make a bigger pie, another sheet of pastry may be needed.

Place dish in oven to blind bake pastry for 5 mins

In a big bowl, shred the roast chicken and then add vegetables and soup. Make sure to combine well.

Add mixture to the pie base and then use the other piece of pastry to add as a "lid" to your pie. Make sure to make a couple of holes to allow steam to escape.

Place in oven and cook until pastry is golden brown. Serve with potato wedges or mashed potato. Enjoy!
