  • 1/2 cupHoney
  • 12 ozSeedless blackberry jam
  • 3 stickCinnamon
  • 1 tbspWhole allspice
  • 1 tbspWhole cloves
  • 1 pinchSalt

    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, then serve warm.
