  1. 1/2 cupHoney
  2. 12 ozSeedless blackberry jam
  3. 3 stickCinnamon
  4. 1 tbspWhole allspice
  5. 1 tbspWhole cloves
  6. 1 pinchSalt

    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, then serve warm.
