Apricot bran muffins
Very yummy for breakfast with some butter.
Steps

Stir buttermilk into bran in a medium bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes

Measure next 5 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well in centre

Stir remaining 4 ingredients into bran mixture. Add to well. Stir just until moistened. Chop up apricots in peices and stir in the mixture

Bake in 375°F (190C) oven for 20 to 22 minutes until wooden pick inserted in centre of muffin comes out clean.

Let stand 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool.
