Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5 ozsmoked pork or veal chops
  • 1/2 cupwhite wine sauce
  • 1/4 cupdark soya sauce
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tspdry hot English mustard
  • 1/4 tspground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspallspice
  • 1/4 tspcloves
  • 2 tspbrown sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    trim the chops of any excess fat

  2. 2

    place them into a shallow pan

  3. 3

    combine the remaining ingredients together and pour the marinade over the chops

  4. 4

    marinade for 2 hours covered in refrigerated

  5. 5

    drain, reserve marinade

  6. 6

    broil the chops over low heat for 6 minutes per side, basting frequently with the marinade

  7. 7

    ENJOY
