If you don't want your hands get sticky when you shape the burgers , ( because they will) Oil your hands before touch them. You can make more ,and keep them in the freezer , just use parchment paper, to divide you burgers for non stick food storage ,It will make your job easier ! Hope you like the recipe.

  4. 1onion ( chopped)
  5. 1/2 bunchItalian parsley / chopped
  6. 1/4 cupDry oregano
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. 1/2 tbspTomato paste
  9. 1 cloveGarlic chopped
  10. Vegetable oil/ to cook

    Mix all the ingredients,

    Shape firm burgers.

    Fry burgers until their color turn brown, then cover the pan and cook with low heat , steam about 10 minutes . They will double their sizes

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore! Also no sugar, flour and very low carbohydrate meals .This is my journey now. Good luck on yours! 😄✌️
