  1. 1 cupuncooked quinoa
  2. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 1 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  4. 2apples
  5. 8 tbspmelted butter
  6. 3/4 cupsugar
  7. 3/4 cupraisins
  8. 1 tspground cinnamon

    Prepare quinoa as instructed in the package

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  3. 3

    Mix melted butter, raisins and sugar

  4. 4

    Add diced apples and quinoa

  5. 5

    Sift dry ingredients

  6. 6

    Stir in dry ingredients

  7. 7

    Pour batter into 9x5 loaf pan and back for 50-60 mins
