Steps

Boil cauliflower, potato, peas and capsicum for 2 - 3 whistles. mash up well when the steam is gone.

Add butter in a pan. Add onion, ginger garlic paste and chilli. Fry for 2-3 min. Add tomatoes and cook till mushy. Add salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala powder and mix.

Add boiled and mashed vegetables. Add water for the semi thick consistency.

Add coriander leaves and lemon juice.

Serve hot with bhaji.
