Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesMushrooms sliced
  2. 1 bagof Spinach
  3. 1/2 cupChopped onions
  4. 1/2 cupMayonnaise
  5. 1 cupMilk
  6. 4Eggs
  7. 1 tbspCornstarch
  8. 1 pinchPepper
  9. 4 ozGrated Swiss cheese
  10. 4 ozGrated Monterey Cheese
  11. 1Pillsbury pie crust

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 325

  2. 2

    Sauté the onions, mushrooms, and spinach in separate pans with olive oil

  3. 3

    Combine all other ingredients in a bowl

  4. 4

    Add the sautéed onions, mushrooms, and spinach to the mixture of other ingredients

  5. 5

    Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake for 40 minutes
