Ingredients

1 packagesMushrooms sliced
1 bagof Spinach
1/2 cupChopped onions
1/2 cupMayonnaise
1 cupMilk
4Eggs
1 tbspCornstarch
1 pinchPepper
4 ozGrated Swiss cheese
4 ozGrated Monterey Cheese
1Pillsbury pie crust

Preheat the oven to 325

Sauté the onions, mushrooms, and spinach in separate pans with olive oil

Combine all other ingredients in a bowl

Add the sautéed onions, mushrooms, and spinach to the mixture of other ingredients

Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake for 40 minutes
