Ingredients

  • 1 packagesMushrooms sliced
  • 1 bagof Spinach
  • 1/2 cupChopped onions
  • 1/2 cupMayonnaise
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 4Eggs
  • 1 tbspCornstarch
  • 1 pinchPepper
  • 4 ozGrated Swiss cheese
  • 4 ozGrated Monterey Cheese
  • 1Pillsbury pie crust

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 325

  2. 2

    Sauté the onions, mushrooms, and spinach in separate pans with olive oil

  3. 3

    Combine all other ingredients in a bowl

  4. 4

    Add the sautéed onions, mushrooms, and spinach to the mixture of other ingredients

  5. 5

    Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake for 40 minutes
