
Chicken Noodle Casserole
My mother used to make this

Preheat oven to 350

Boil chicken in a pan until tender

Cook noodles in separate pan until squishy.

Chop chicken, but not too fine unless you want.

Put chopped chicken and noodles in the Cassel roll pan/ long pan.

Melt cream cheese and put on the chicken & noodles.

Pour half and half milk on top

Mix by hand with a spoon, try not to spill any.

Take the corn flakes, pour them in a ziploc bag, and crush them a little.

Sprinkle the corn flakes on top of the Cassel roll.

Put the Cassel roll in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Take it out, serve, and enjoy!!!! :-)
