Ingredients

30 mins

12 servings

1/2 cupolive oil
1 headgarlic
2 tbspgranulated garlic
3 tbspdry basil
1carrot diced small
1 tspred pepper flakes
4 can6 oz each tomato paste
2 can28 oz each crushed tomatoes
1 quartstock more if needed
1 lbground chuck meat
2 lbground pork shoulder plus the bone
4italian sausage

use large stock pot.

start with olive oil add meat brown

add the rest ingredients and simmer all day or till you can't stand it any more go ahead sneak a bowl

Can’t wait to try this recipe, love the fact there are no onions. I just do not like onions in sauce.
