Ingredients

  1. 6 slicebread
  2. 1 canevaporated milk
  3. 1 cancondensed milk
  4. 6 eacheggs
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 2 cupwater
  7. 1 tspvanilla
  8. 1 boxguava jelly or paste

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Separate egg yolks, discard whites or keep for a meringue if desired.

  3. 3

    Soak bread in evaporated milk, mash up bread add to other ingredients.

  4. 4

    Beat with a hand mixer.

  5. 5

    Butter baking pan and pour mixture in.

  6. 6

    Bake for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
