1 lblean ground beef
1egg
1/4 cuponion
1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
1/3 cupketchup
1 dashpepper

Preheat oven to 350°

Chop onion thinly
3

Beat egg in medium size bowl
4

Add all ingredients to bowl with egg and mix well
5

Place meat in loaf pan or shape meat as loaf and place on baking sheet
6

Cook for 30 minutes
7

Add thin ketchup glaze on top of meatloaf
8

Continue cooking for 35 minutes
