Wash and Soak Quinoa in sufficient water for half an hour

Cook covered for 10 to 15 minutes and keep aside

In a mixing bowl take boiled mashed potato, finely chopped onion, boiled green peas, cooked Quinoa, finely chopped coriander, all spices, amchur powder,garam masala and salt to taste.. mix well and prepare stuffing for Capsicum

Cut Capsicum in 2 equal halves

Stuff ready stuffing in to cut Capsicum properly by pressing gently

By the te Preheat Oven on 200 degrees

Top stuffed Capsicum halves with lots of grated cheese

Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes on 200 degrees..

Garnish as you like and serve hot immediately and enjoy.. oil free baked snacking
