Heat oil in a kadhsi. Add chopped onion and chilli and fry till onions are golden brown.

Now add all the chopped veggies alone with peas and seasonings and fry on high flame for 5 mins.

Add water and bring it to a boil.

Now cover the kadhai and cook until the veggies are tender. Adjust the seasonings with ur taste.

Your tasty mixed veggie is ready to serve.

Garnish it with corandier leaves and serve hot.
