  2. 2carrots, peeled
  3. 1 smallonion
  4. 1 sliceleek
  5. 1 slicecelery
  6. 1 slicegreen pepper
  7. 1 dashgarlic
  8. 1lemon
  9. 1 literwater
  10. 1salt and black pepper

  1. 1

    Boil water. Add salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Add veggies. And let boil for 20 minutes.

    Add lemon. Optionally you can add a bit of sour cream or yogurt.
