Ingredients

20 mins

4 servings

1/2chicken breast
2carrots, peeled
1 smallonion
1 sliceleek
1 slicecelery
1 slicegreen pepper
1 dashgarlic
1lemon
1 literwater
1salt and black pepper

Boil water. Add salt and pepper.

Add veggies. And let boil for 20 minutes.

Add everything to blender until texture is smooth.

Add lemon. Optionally you can add a bit of sour cream or yogurt.
